can anyone recommend me a tutorial for newgrounds?? like ;^; i feel like an old lady in a dance cluuuub... I'm not too sure how to get discovered, how to befriend people....are there any unspoken rules i should know?

Well, to start, Id like to point out that there's no algorithm on Newgrounds. It means that nothing is "pushed".
Some stuff to get discovered : showing your art in the forums, by making an "art thread" where you show your drawings and ask for advice for instance
You can also participate in collabs. You can see them there : https://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/forum/19
Leaving comments under other people art too can help by knowing your fav artists too :)
You can also participate in art trades, where you draw something for someone, and this someone draw something for you too :)
